Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
These are the short rules for using isthatbabyhereyet.com ("the site"), run by Good Work Dojo LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"). By making an account or a page you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 to make an account, and one account per person, please. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
What you put on a page is yours. By publishing it you give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who visits the address, which is the whole point of the site. A page is public while it is active; the privacy switch, deactivation and deletion are yours to use whenever you like. We do not claim your content and we do not use it for anything except showing your page.
What you agree not to do
Do not use a page to harass, threaten or defame anyone; do not impersonate another person or family; do not post anything illegal, or anything that is not yours to post. Do not try to break the site, hold addresses you do not intend to use, or interfere with other people's pages.
Removing pages or accounts
We may deactivate or delete a page, or close an account, that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and we may decline to restore an address that was used to break them. If you think a page breaks these rules, write to hello@isthatbabyhereyet.com with the address.
No warranty
The site is free and provided as is. We try to keep it up and correct, but we do not promise that it will be available at any particular time, that nothing will be lost, or that it fits any particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot bear to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Good Work Dojo LLC is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site, and our total liability for anything arising from it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with it. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
